This blend was created after I had smoked a bunch of red bell peppers before they went bad and then dehydrated them and ground them to a fine powder. The result is a sweet and smoky paprika which matches perfectly with lemon, lime garlic and tellicherry black pepper. The first use of this blend was for some chicken I cooked in the cast iron at home for the family one night. After that meal I knew this blend was a winner. I would say that it’s safe to put on just about anything...even your popcorn. But my intentions were for this to be used on chicken, fish, beef, pork and vegetables. I hope you enjoy.
